Discount Floor at Nooby Doo’s

Nooby Doo’s has undergone a transformation over the last 2 days and will continue to do so throughout the week. We have added a second floor to the structure which houses our new discount floor for items around $10L for single options. The elevator to the Second Floor is in the middle of the store and is signed accordingly.

To use the elevator, right click on the platform and select “Get On”. This will take you to the second floor. To return to the first floor simply repeat the command on the second floor platform.

Items that have found their way to this floor include many old items from Style Your Destiny and LaynieWear that we had several requests to bring out of retirement.

You will find the full skin line from Style Your Destiny at $10L per skin, $20L tinted 4-pack, and $50L per regular 8-pack. The skin packs include: demoness, vampiress, tinted vampiress, female drow, crema, cornsilk, rosepetal, wheat, barley, fallow, copper, sepia, clove, and taupe.

You will also find the full line of Grace gowns in 15 different colors at $10L each and $80L for the fat pack. There is also the Geek Lolly Dresses in 7 different accents for $10L a dress and $40L for the fat pack.

Throughout the week more items will be placed here. *nudges Laynie to get her butt moving*

What is Nooby Doo’s?

Nooby Doo’s is a newbie store created by Teagan Blackthorne and Laynie Link with items that are unique to its location. The items sold at this store and made by both designers with prices that fit a newbie’s budget.

I’ll Take a BLT

On August 7th, we brought you the Bacon & Eggs Outfit and then on September 17th we brought you Green Eggs & Ham Outfit.

Now at the request of one Sophie Fussbudget, we bring you the BLT Outfit. This outfit, like its sisters, is only $1L at Nooby Doo’s.  The bacon texture is a bit different on this skirt to keep it unique from the Bacon & Eggs. You really cannot have enough Bacon.

Nooby Doo’s Opens

Did you get a chance to look at Nooby Doo’s while on our hunt over the weekend? It has drastically changed already. It is changing everyday with new items as we find them. Nooby Doo’s is a newbie-friendly store that has been put together by Laynie and I filled with items that we made so you will not find these items at other newbie stores. Nothing costs over $1L and we have both camping and lucky chairs as well. I think we have gone a bit nuts but that is always fun to do. I tried counting the items but I keep getting side tracked after 200 or so. You might find us sorting and rearranging if you come by but you can find almost anything you need there. We have shapes, skins, eyes, dresses, pajamas, swimwear, shoes, hair, accessories, full avatars, tattoos, and more. It is located right next to Tea Lane at http://slurl.com/secondlife/Granymyr/195/138/28.

Candy Corn Hunt

We have hidden 60 candy corns to kick off our opening. They each cost $1L per piece of candy. The hunt will begin at 6PM SLT on Friday 10/17 and continue through the end of the day on Sunday 10/19. There are candy corns hidden at the different locations of ~Tea Lane~ and Nooby Doo’s. Most are hidden around the new main store for Tea Lane. You may also find some hidden at the other branches at Hairspray, Juicy Bella and Bewitched Hair Mall as well as a few at Nooby Doo’s and the play area in between.
